myBillBook vs. ProWorkflow

Well suited for payments made to clients. All the features are very easy to use and self-explanatory. It organizes all your payable with approval and all data. Great tool and explore more features. Less suited for Overpayment made by customers. Need to add more features to solve more problems.

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks. Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability. Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow. Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

• Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
• Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
• I think it should have more automation for the tasks

It is definitely better than Tally. As it saves your time and organizes your bills.

• Team is working with more collaboration hence effective use of manpower.
• Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
• Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation
