Netskope CASB vs. StreamWork

The Netskope CASB solution is well-suited for any company due to the proliferation of SaaS applications. With the agent being installed on endpoints, the product is well suited for remote work environments where a managed corporate network may not be available. The agent allows visibility and controls to be applied to any networks the devices connect to.

1) I like that "Approvals" are on the main nav as this expedites my workflow as I'm QA for all our projects. I save time by not delving down into each project workspace 2) The Approval widget on the dashboard is also a time saver! 3) The "Review Approvals" section - I like being able to see the status of each user's approval process so I can send reminders 4) The "Skip Decision" feature is helpful as we're entering holiday season with folks being OOO.... we want to avoid gatekeeping/blockers. 5) While I haven't yet used the split review process, I can see how it will be helpful on my large-scale, long-term projects.

• Centralizes feedback so comments and approvals aren’t scattered across emails or docs
• Integrates with Asana, keeping tasks aligned without extra duplication
• Simple, intuitive interface that makes setup and adoption quick

• Public IP for user can be from different country then it came from
• Sometimes you can't get anywhere with Netscope ON
• Location is the key for speed so users complain for speed of 'internet'
• Some location blocks Netscope IP ranges

• Allow for more subfolders to better organize large campaigns
• Create a new layout for the main workspace to allow for better organization for large agencies with many simultaneous projects
• Allow changes to be made to approval process after initiated, and allow external users (clients) to be added to approval process

Really easy to use for administrators and for end users, as all is unified in one single agent. Management and deployment is also very easy to do, so overall it is a user and administrator friendly product.

Once set up, StreamWork is very easy to use! Since I started using the platform, the team has pushed several key updates that have further improved user experience and usability.

There have been some struggles with their infrastructure keeping pace with demand and load. Support can only do so much and has to defer to known problems being escalated.

We felt that Netskope provided a more holistic view in the CASB space from a user and usage perspective. In addition, the cost structure for Menlo was a bit higher and was a bit more complicated in the installation and maintenance perspectives

StreamWork's Asana integration was the stand-out. I could not find any other platform that integrated so seamlessly into our existing process and automations.

• ROI is difficult to quote but protection against threat is biggest ROI for any company
• Confidential data is governed at micro level
• Upload/download of documents even to unwarranted sites like pdf convertor is blocked
