Netstock vs. Precoro

Netstock is brilliant for organizing your data in a readable, visual layout that's easy to understand and use to base decision-making on. For individual items, it's excellent, and there is loads of functionality to manage safety stock and lead times. Where I've seen it struggle a bit is with families of items that share an MOQ; it calculates demand at the individual SKU level and isn't as good at managing it at the family level.

Precoro is great if you need to keep your organization aware of where in the purchasing process an order is, and if you need a place to communicate about orders & keep a record of those communications. It does not work too well for a variety of purchasing requests - the process lacks complexity.

• Global visibility , added value for stock assisstance
• Areas that need attention are displayed on the dashboard with option to drill down if required
• With more than 5000 different SKU it is difficult to keep track of all activities related to each SKU, the process is simplified with the help of this tool, everyone has access to the right information.

• Editing the catalog data is very easy. We can export/import it from Excel
• Comparing prices to make the right decisions
• Fast approvals with specific roles for colleagues
• Visual analytics and budget control for each department
• Ability to add as many custom fields as we need to cover all processes
• Real-time stock control and warehouse request creation right from the inventory module

• The Family MOQ is not taken into account with the look-forward days within the container builder, so this add-on does not work very well.
• It's not possible to build your own CSV export of reports that you regularly run. The report builder doesn't let you save a set of filters or parameters; it's too basic.

• For companies with more complex inventory needs, additional features in that area could be helpful.
• The mobile app is great for approvals, but it could support more features from the desktop version.
• Occasionally, loading reports with a large amount of data takes a few extra seconds.

This is one of their strength, Netstock is very easy to use and although it is rigid in its functionalities, that is what is good about it, we could not customise it the way you used to work, it forced us to adapt our processes and the way we work

At first glance it seemed to be rather difficult in use, but actually it turned out to be much easier [than] we thought. Thanks to the Precoro team we could go through the procurement workflow. Now with [the] right, user-friendly software partner, we are absolutely ready to meet all [our] company's needs.

Precoro is a company, which makes great products for businesses. What is more, it is a team of professionals, who are always keep[ing] in touch with you. Thanks [to] Precoro, we easily go through procurement workflow and manage all of our POs in a couple of minutes. We had a great experience with the Precoro team which helped us with installation of the software.

Netstock was much easier to use and that was important for our team as this was a significant digital change in our processes. We had a list of features we wanted and Netstock had more than 90% of them which contributed to the decision to go with this plug and play solution rather than a fully bespoke platform. We also liked that Netstock already had an API with Cin7

Precoro is unique because it can be customizable from start to finish without needing to build in API. It is extremely easy to use and understand, so we did not need to give our employees extensive training as we did with Tradogram. Precoro also allowed us to communicate about orders right within the order itself, where the other software did not.

• We have vastly reduced the amount of safety stock that we used to hold
• Our stock holding value is within a manageable figure for the size of our business
• We can monitor our poor performing suppliers so we are confident when placing purchase orders

• We can track each purchase order, who created it, and why. They are no longer lost, and we can always see the history. The dashboard allows us to monitor information about all essential documents and at what stage they are now and keep track of which invoices have not yet been paid or partially paid.
• By setting up budgets for each department, we can effectively plan the allocation and prevent overspending.
• The system is very flexible and convenient. I can't imagine my work without it.
