Netstock offers a SaaS service with an annual subscription.
Netstock is brilliant for organizing your data in a readable, visual layout that's easy to understand and use to base decision-making on. For individual items, it's excellent, and there is loads of functionality to manage safety stock and lead times. Where I've seen it struggle a bit is with families of items that share an MOQ; it calculates demand at the individual SKU level and isn't as good at managing it at the family level.

If asked about SAP Ariba, I think I am likely to tell a colleague that A specific scenario would be to use SAP Ariba with an Agent to migrate the legacy contracts when a company has rolled out from scratch.

The Family MOQ is not taken into account with the look-forward days within the container builder, so this add-on does not work very well.
It's not possible to build your own CSV export of reports that you regularly run. The report builder doesn't let you save a set of filters or parameters; it's too basic.

User Satisfaction: The end user are at times not very happy with the solution. Return on Investment (ROI): SAP Ariba delivered measurable benefits in terms of cost savings, efficiency. This is one of their strength, Netstock is very easy to use and although it is rigid in its functionalities, that is what is good about it, we could not customise it the way you used to work, it forced us to adapt our processes and the way we work

Feel that over the years, there has been good improvement, and it seems like going in the right direction. All procurement activities — sourcing, contracting, invoicing — are managed in one place, reducing the need to switch between multiple systems. Users can easily track purchase orders, supplier responses, and invoice status, which adds clarity and accountability. The supplier-facing side is well-structured, allowing vendors to upload documents, view transactions, and communicate within the same interface.

Customer support has always been top notch. From small configuration changes to overall process changes, support has the teammates in place with excellent knowledge and is able to provide solutions based on business challenges quickly. Their customer support through their Account teams continues to be hands on and very responsive to needs in a timely fashion.
Netstock was much easier to use and that was important for our team as this was a significant digital change in our processes. We had a list of features we wanted and Netstock had more than 90% of them which contributed to the decision to go with this plug and play solution rather than a fully bespoke platform. We saved nearly 10% of planned costs due to the large database of vendors we created within the company as a whole.
Saving in time due to shortening of procurement cycles. Procurement activities were never on the critical path and were accomplished with less Supply Chain resources than originally planned.
In the process we created a huge database of Vendors and Pricing which well be beneficial in our future projects.
It is an excellent tool and just what are business required and could afford.
