Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba
E-Invoicing, Ariba Guided Sourcing SRM system is sunsetting and looking to migrate to Ariba procurement, so would like to seamlessly integrate with other Ariba products and SAP S/4 HANA on-premises. E-invoicing is easy to enable and reduces payment delays. Suppliers benefit from visibility into payment status. Before, the Ariba procurement process was manual, relying on email and spreadsheets for supplier communications.

One of the biggest drivers is Ariba’s ability to digitize and automate the entire procurement lifecycle — from sourcing to payment. Reduces manual processes and paperwork. Speeds up purchase order and invoice approvals. Improves accuracy and audit readiness. SAP Ariba provides access to the Ariba Network, one of the world’s largest digital marketplaces for suppliers and buyers.
Unified processes, reduced handoffs, and better visibility across procurement, contracts, and supplier collaboration. Ariba has access to the vast SAP Business Network, which helps with supplier onboarding, catalog management, purchase-to-pay collaboration, and global sourcing. If your organization uses the broader SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP stack, Ariba provides native hooks, data models, and support for SAP-centric processes.
