NewzSocial vs. Votigo

If you're operating a social media campaign across several platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc) This can really help, because it streamlines everything. Everybody is on the same page, and it tailors your organization to each user, so it's pretty easy to navigate once you have your footing. Really helps our social media manager out.

If you want a fully integrated and customized solution Votigo is the way to go. But it is not a cheap or fast option. If you can work within the self service template it can be a fast, inexpensive option.

• It's super clean and easy to use. From a client perspective, they like it because they can create their own news topics and share it with their internal audiences
• The newest update lets you look at channels from other countries to see what current trends are globally
• With the latest release, you can also post to LinkedIn and to groups on LinkedIn and Facebook – which makes it super easy for sharing content.

• Worked with Votigo on large cause marketing campaign for Citgo Oil. Great customer service!
• Votigo is flexibile with program implementation and customization. Project for 3M
• Votigo is a always timely with follow up and technical support and resolution

• It's a saturated market – there's a lot of programs like these, so while it's fun and easy to use, there's a lot of other apps like this. They'll need to innovate if they really want to stand out
• Their website isn't exactly trustworthy – this is a weird complaint, but the site loads strange and doesn't look...legitimate, I guess. It's a hard sell with some people.
• Loading is sometimes an issue – sometimes it's slower than others.

• I wish we had more flexibility with the design options like CSS and HTML at the lower cost self service option.
• I wish the API option was less expensive or had more flexabilty in the design
• Please remove the Votigo branding for the self service solution. I would be willing to pay more but not a lot more.

For a custom or API implementation I think it is a great option and they have great customer service. The self service option is too rigid and I need more application options and design customization

• Keeps our clients happy – this is first and foremost. They can see the effectiveness of their campaigns
• Helps us analyze our clicks – we can tell where our users are going, what they react to, and what they're looking at most
• Streamlines our workload – it makes the whole process much faster, so we can worry about other things and tackle other projects.

• It is a great solution but I now see a lot of other products with more advanced reporting and lower costs.
