It is perfect for these times where an online presence and good reviews are essential to sales. It is not especially suited to a smaller business with a smaller budget and fewer clients. It is also good if you do not want to take time responding to reviews. By the same token, it is less appropriate when auto-response is turned on. If there is a negative review, it is better to address it in person, as there may be a specific customer service issue that a computer response is not going to understand. Alternatives Considered	NiceJob, Inc. The only way we got reviews before NiceJob was directly through a Google link we sent to our customers asking for a review.
