Purple Wifi is well suited for an organization with an open to public head office. The number of visitors will increase your guest data collection and thus helps with targeted marketing within compliance. In terms of features and productivity, Purple WiFi is a more complete software experience. More variety of features, more technical for those who know how to get their way around the clunky UI and better user management. Baidu WiFi Hotspot can offer some user control, but it can pale in comparison to Purple WiFi's offering.
