Noom vs. Virgin Pulse

Noom is great for building habits. It is a platform that has a thoughtful design for encouraging use. I personally know many people who have had great success with it. However, I myself did not see great results. This may be because I am extremely busy in my role and dedicating the appropriate amount of time is a challenge.

It's well suited for businesses who are looking for a way to approach employee wellness in a fun and fresh manner. It also helps create a little more connection between teams within the business and across other departments.

• Sometimes, my Fitbit and even my Max device would have issues synching.
• There weren't daily challenges, like the Fitbit. That made me have to use both apps, which was more work.

I have used My Fitness Pal, Lose It, and Apple’s Health Feature. Noom is the most sophisticated of these and also distinct in the type of educational material embedded into the program. The food tracker is perhaps equal to other programs, such as My Fitness Pal- but those other programs do not have anything like what Noom offers in habit building and support.

DESTROYS the competition. I am so happy that Virgin Pulse took over the capabilities that Gilsbar was in charge of due to Gilsbar 's lack of user-friendly, up to date, technology.
