[In my opinion,] the company forces people to use this [software] in order to get an insurance discount.

[I believe] it is NEVER suited for anything. [In my opinion,] they lie. [I feel] they have no customer service. [I believe] they are not confidential at all [and] that they abuse the information they get. [In my opinion,] they do not have any experts. [I feel] it is a total money-making scam.
