NRTC Managed Services vs. Windstream Managed Network Security

NRTC Managed Services has been a valid and certified partner for our business since onboarding its Password Solutions product. The product is well suited for providing a compliant and efficient password protection and memorization tool. We are able to integrate it throughout our company across all employees so passwords can be creative, secure and stored safely

Windstream is a widely available option for VPLS and other connectivity requirements. However, I believe they need to work on providing better notification and support of outages, service, etc. These services are also incredibly expensive, Windstream portrays a worthwhile service to accommodate your check every month, but it falls short. Windstream is available everywhere, but tread carefully when selecting a company that offers similar services.

NRTC Managed Services stacks up very nicely against the competition. While our firm was under a tight timeline to integrate a new system, and we had several specific non-negotiable aspects we wanted the system to contain, we looked at many different tools. NRTC Managed Services provided the best opportunity to work with a Partner that could implement a solution quickly, integrate within our current operating environment, and provide top-tier customer support

Windstream was the only option for what we needed. It was available in Wisconsin, Iowa, New York, and Utah for all of our plants needs. It was also a service that has been used for years so we have not searched elsewhere for an alternative option. Many people have heard of Windstream, which gives it crediblity with IT professionals
