• Communications with the Universal Connectivity team are well communicated and presented in a non-technical way, making it so much easier to understand.
• The solutions offered are comprehensive and complete.

• Standard hours of operation so there isn't always someone available to assist

• I wish I could use them at home!

We live in an area with limited options for home internet. CenturyLink's customer service was frustrating and they could not provide high enough speeds for our needs so we were very relieved to see that we were getting fiber in our neighborhood

• The ROI has allowed us to stay in business during this COVID crisis. We are all working remotely and communications with each of our team members and our clients is mission critical. The Universal Connectivity team had maximum positive impact on our ROI.
