Since we moved from another website builder, we needed a site migration. The migration went great! Several important issues were resolved with Zegashop, both in terms of site speed, product layout, and filtering.

• Easier management of websites.
• Integrates well with Portal to deliver news, working like a blog.

• High page load speed

• It's unable to connect user accounts so that accounts are set and utilize a single sign-in.

• Exporting reports and .CSV files can be a bit time consuming

We have choosen OpenText WEM against other vendors because : 1. Helped client reinforce brand image
through unique design language and templatization of collaterals, consistent
messaging, and regular competitor benchmarking. 2. Enables lead generation through
high-quality gated collateral, product videos, etc. 3. Senior management and sales lead meet
client regularly for project review meetings and feedback on engagement

We migrated to Zegashop, so our previous platform was not enough for us because we were spending a lot of money without having enough sales, the website was slow, we were losing customers, and Zegashop does not have these problems.
