Likelihood to Recommend	Oracle Does a good job for automatization, bulk planning. This offers better chances for cost improvement and costs reduction or savings. Also the ability to have multiple service providers participating in a spot bid offers better chances to get an offer and a better cost. In addition, Parcel is not [Oracle Transportation Management Cloud]'s strongest point. Alternatives Considered	Oracle We were using a custom application, but the planning capability was not there. Our custom application was integrated with Oracle eBusiness Suite.
