Phished vs. Sophos Phish Threat

Phished was very easy to implement at my organization. We have had no issues with my team navigating this software. The platform is extremely user friendly. I would recommend Phished to any company looking to protect themself against cyber attacks. This software is an asset that definitely pays for itself in the long run. You can never be too safe!

If you're looking for a tool to maximize digital productivity without hindering the effectiveness of your workforce, Sophos is a great tool. It quickly & safely manages the threat level across all of our digital channels to reduce the potential engagement with fishy characters or websites that might present vulnerabilities.

• Provides simulations to help increase cyber threat awareness
• Provides continual active reporting to lock out cyber attacks
• Provides their "Behavioral Risk Score" to monitor the organization's security status at all times

• Set up an easy-to-use low overhead system of training and protection.
• Works through a single pane of glass when using other Sophos products.

• I would like more testing and personalized simulations added
• It would be great to have job role specific training so each different department knows better of the cyber threats that might come their particular way
• More detailed status reports would certainly be beneficial

• It should be easier to follow up with a user when they haven't completed training.
• More options for reporting would be nice.
• Better choice of users as all emails have been imported (aliases, dist. list. etc) taking up licenses.

It is easy to use and setup. You can schedule the Phish email test to be
sent out in the future or right away. You can also send to all users in
your list as well as stagger so all users do not get the email at the
same time and tell each other there is a test going on

Support is solid but not spectacular. While I haven't used support for Phish Threat specifically, this is a general rating for Sophos' support across the board. It could be easier to find the FAQ or other information I need, but when I've needed to reach out to support they've been good to work with.

Phished seemed like the better alternative for my organization. I have used Barracuda in the past with another employer. That software doesn't provide the status reports that Phished does. Barracuda filters company wide emails which seems like a good feature, but can be detrimental when "safe" emails aren't making their way through. Phished has a better monitoring system overall

• Phished has helped us protect against data breaches which in return protects our profits and maintain client retention
• Phished has freed up project management tasks for our IT department since the software is always monitoring cyber attacks
• Phished has allowed my organization to meet its annual cyber protection goals

• ROI seems to be there though I have no direct stats.
• Positively impacts my web-browsing experience. As an Account Executive, it enables me to do my company research quickly without engaging with any bad actors.
• It runs in the background so it never impedes my workflows.
