Simply scan the QR code using the Phonepe app on your smartphone to make a payment into the merchant's account. And as said, its rewarding, you surely get a scratch card on every transaction that may either offer you cashback or a discount code for some vendor site shopping.

• Sometimes your transaction gets stuck in between for long duration, so that's a technical bug with this app.
• if you are booking your travel tickets with PhonePe and in case you cancelled it. Then you wont get any refunds for that.

It is surreal. Everything feels like they don't really want you to use them. I had to beg them to approve my account because of stupid approval questions. Example: give ONE url where payments will come from. (my payments will come from a page inside my webapp which means absolutely nothing to users who don't have a user in my webapp. I also have many URLs where the users can pay from) Then their API is super complicated to use. I couldn't believe how complicated it is. It is not well explained in the documentation and you have to guess until you understand the underlying logic. I wouldn't use it if I Stripe was available in my country.

In case of payment failed we check the payment on the our app its showing on our app then it will definitely come other wise it will be refund to the customer, Its a unique feature. None of the other app has this feature. Its very simple to use as compare to the other compititive apps.
