Overall Satisfaction with PhonePe
Most likable modes to transfer payments and funds to friends and relatives. Plus the PhonePe wallet is one added advantage over other UPI apps. If you want to do a mobile recharge, a d2H recharge, an electricity bill, or pay at any shop, you can either pay directly through your linked PhonePe bank account or you can load the wallet monthly or weekly and spend that amount. Apart from these regular transactions, you can opt for numerous vendor services directly through this PhonePe app.
- You get the benefit of Wallet with PhonePe, lets you send payments very quickly.
- With PhonePe, you can add several bank accounts and effortlessly handle all of them via same account.
- The app is rewarding which means you get a scratch card every time you pay.
- Good customer service so that you can quickly solve any problems you face using the apps.
- Like GPay, you dont have the option for secure login using PIN or password.
- Sometimes your transaction gets stuck in between for long duration, so that's a technical bug with this app.
- if you are booking your travel tickets with PhonePe and in case you cancelled it. Then you wont get any refunds for that.
- Quick and easy app to use for Beginners. Individuals or businesses can benefit from making recharges or any exchange of funds.
- You don't have to ask the recipient account details to send the funds. Simply scan the QR code and make the transaction.
- You can even activate the autopay feature for services you make monthly payment via PhonePe. This ensures that no due date is missed.
- PhonePe instantly fetches the complete bank information based on your verified number.
- You can even buy gold and invest in mutual funds via same app.
- There are lots of fake accounts on PhonePe so the company should allow legitimate account users only.

The only thing that I find as a reason to use phonePe is the ease, comfort and convenience in doing what you want from a payment app. You get multiple competitors but you need to select for the best UX
