I liked the people they had working for them, and their communication was exceptional. This is their focus, not the overall software package with bookkeeping services added in.
Chose Pilot.com
Nobody else seemed to have the same capabilities and fit with our company culture as well. QuickBooks or Xero alone don't offer the same level of service and would require too much effort on our part. We used inDinero with my prior company and they just missed a lot of things …
Chose Pilot.com
We talked to two other firms, one very small and one more corporate-like. We liked the startup feel of Pilot.com better than the other two.
Chose Pilot.com
Pilot.com is reliable and trustworthy. You don't have to worry that your bookkeeper is going to retire (which has happened to us before) and that you'll need to start all over with someone new.

QuickBooks or Xero alone don't offer the same level of service and would require too much effort on our part. We used inDinero with my prior company and they just missed a lot of things that ended up causing problems.
