LSSP Corporation (PinPoint DMS)
Pinpoint is great if you have a lot of documents that need to be organized in a specific way. It works really well for our organization which has to go through an annual audit. Anything the auditors might need can be easily found and emailed to them with only a few clicks of the mouse rather than digging through file cabinets and storage boxes

Usability
LSSP Corporation (PinPoint DMS)
It does take some time to learn about all of the features and systems within Pinpoint. It is also slightly difficult to set up, however, we have invested a lot of time into making it work for our organization and we don't regret that investment at all. The Pinpoint staff has always been very helpful and accommodating to anything we need.

I have also used TNA by Google Cloud, but that is not mature enough as ACM. Right now, ACM is the best choice as a cluster manager for private cloud data centers.
