If you need mailing labels, Pirate Ship is cheap, very organized and creates SCAN forms for USPS

I have not had to use Pirate Ship's customer support because their product is wonderful and easy to use. I am sure based on the quality of their product that their customer service is also fantastic

Shiprocket definitely has a much simpler and easy to use dashboard. There are more than enough features one might need. A lot of queries get ansewered within the dashboard without having to actually call customer care number.
