PMaps Assessment Platform vs. TestGorilla

It is well suited for hiring

TestGorilla is best used if you want to screen the people that are applying for positions within your company. We have found that we are able to weed people out of the process due to the amazing screening that TestGorilla does for us on the front-end. We love the assessments it makes the candidates take! I would like to see it integrate more with some of our current systems thought. We use Rippling currently for employee management/payroll and would love to see it integrate there

• If there were an option to send reports directly to test takers, just after test completion.

• More training videos
• More features on dashboard
• Cleaner app on the App Store
• More cross integrations with other systems (I.e our employee management software)

Its easy!

It is inexpensive, I don't have to spend so much for hiring a candidate. It is user-friendly and you will know how exactly how it is done. It is satisfactory accuracy with regard to candidates' accuracy of answers. Lastly, Integration into our process was easy enough, like no other.

• Positive is that now we know how many individuals requires trainings in voice & accent coaching.

• Saved money on hires
• No longer have to give candidates assessments
• We are saving time on interviewing
