Does what we need it to do w/o a lot of bells-and-whistles. If you just have a Windows Active Directory environment only, there probably is no real need for something like this, but if you do this will help manage them easily. Support Rating	Brady Corporation No answers on this topic	Discontinued Products Besides the random issue where it gets unresponsive and we have to restart the services or reboot the server, it's been really solid. I've only had to contact support 1 time in the 15 years I've used it which is saying more than most other software. Return on Investment	Brady Corporation Provides a necessary service that every employee uses on a daily basis End user interface is dated, not updated/modernized like other applications we use in several years Unclear if it is a good value for the price. Our HR is happy with it, so we haven't looked at migrating away from it.
