ProProfs Project vs. TaskQue

If you’re executing creative projects, this tool will offload a lot of your work. It lets you clearly define the assignees and the associated timelines. You can even extract insightful reports to monitor team performance and project progress on the go.

Companies that face issues due to chaos in terms of document management can really take advantage by organizing all their documents at a single place. TaskQue is inappropriate for project costing requirements in big projects.

• Manages Projects - Well of course it does this well, it is what it was designed for.
• One Easy Location - It is nice to be able to track project progress through one location.
• Makes Communication Easier - What a time saver! We can easily communicate through ProProfs Project to keep everyone on task and involved.

• Workload management.
• Auto task management.

• Integration with third-party applications
• The 15-day trial period of the tool seems a bit short to completely grasp the efficancy of the tool

• I think Gantt charts should be here to be used as a project management tool. Moreover, affiliation with productivity tools such as time-tracking tools can make it much better.

I personally have not had to contact ProProfs Project Customer Support. I know that our media / marketing manager has used this tool for a while and is very comfortable with it. He has never expressed any issues or frustrations that I know of. The product is simple and easy to use and does not seem to require much support.

We inquired using the
TaskQue community forum and got a timely response regarding my queries. We really
appreciate it.

I think Project Bubble is way more streamlined than the others mentioned, as well as way more cost-effective! It is simple enough for my clients to access and keep track of their status, without having to explain or train them in the process. For value of money, customer support, and ease of use, I give it my highest recommendation.

TaskQue’s most unique
feature is the queue feature which enables you to assign tasks automatically.
We were seriously fed up with the manual assignment of tasks.
