ProProfs Project vs. Zenkit

If you’re executing creative projects, this tool will offload a lot of your work. It lets you clearly define the assignees and the associated timelines. You can even extract insightful reports to monitor team performance and project progress on the go.

Zenkit is a good tool to manage your own projects and sharing progress with colleagues. If you are looking for a tool to accomplish this use case, Zenkit would be my first recommendation.

• Manages Projects - Well of course it does this well, it is what it was designed for.
• One Easy Location - It is nice to be able to track project progress through one location.
• Makes Communication Easier - What a time saver! We can easily communicate through ProProfs Project to keep everyone on task and involved.

• Multiple Views - Kanban.Cards, Lists, Tables & even Mindmaps
• Addition of custom fields which included numbers
• In table view this can be filtered & numbered fields can have totals at the top.
• Zenkit has handy pre-buitl templates for different kinds of use such a CRM
• Has the ability to change field content across cards via bulk action. Neat!
• Can have formulas in Cutom fields
• Calander syncs to Google calendar
• Can bulk import Trello lists & cards easily

• Integration with third-party applications
• The 15-day trial period of the tool seems a bit short to completely grasp the efficancy of the tool

• There are some instances where the dashboard gets laggy and buggy. But goes back to normal in a few minutes
• Integrations still not that advanced--but there's still room for improvement
• Not recommended for teams with more than 6 people-- you will need to upgrade your account to Premium.

I personally have not had to contact ProProfs Project Customer Support. I know that our media / marketing manager has used this tool for a while and is very comfortable with it. He has never expressed any issues or frustrations that I know of. The product is simple and easy to use and does not seem to require much support.

The support is always friendly and offers fast solutions if possible. Bugs were removed in the next hours after contacting the support. They have also a lot of tutorials and great documentation.

I think Project Bubble is way more streamlined than the others mentioned, as well as way more cost-effective! It is simple enough for my clients to access and keep track of their status, without having to explain or train them in the process. For value of money, customer support, and ease of use, I give it my highest recommendation.

As described before, Zenkit adds a lot more flexibility to the things the other applications can do. But this also means that there is no predefined structure which might be helpful for some people. Zenkit is working on that and is releasing some apps building on the core, so that could improve over time.

• It has helped me manage my team in a more efficient way and for that, we delivered everything within the deadline.
• Its AI-powered automatic report generation has reduced my workload to a great extent, So I can focus on other important deliverables.

• For the price, it is definitely worth a punt.
• Helped me manage tasks, processes and strategic goals thus saving time & being more efficient.
• SImple to learn & plenty of tutorials so onboarding was straightforward.
