ProWorkflow vs. SAPPHIRE Structure

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks. Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability. Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow. Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

In our organisation, we are 10 designers working with sapphire. We are able to design multiple units of building without any problems. The learning curve is not small but when you start to master the software, it is incredible. The precision of this software is amazing. If needed, you can easily share your file with a coworker if you need helps...

• Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
• Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
• I think it should have more automation for the tasks

• Not friendly user
• Maybe providing to many options to do one thing.
• Big Learning curve if you want to to big buildings.

SAPPHIRE is way more complete and precise than EzCad. You can't just draw a bunch of lines and make it works( even if in reality it doesn't work). Your work needs to make sense in order to design it. If you make mistakes the software will tell you and you will need to correct your mistakes.

• Team is working with more collaboration hence effective use of manpower.
• Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
• Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation
