ProWorkflow vs. SiteMax

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks. Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability. Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow. Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

Some procedures have way too many steps. Shop drawings for example. Also, for setting up people - would be much easier if everyone was in one location vs two (contacts vs users). While I get the point of it, would be easier if you could just toggle who is a contact vs a user in one location.

• Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
• Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
• I think it should have more automation for the tasks

Shop drawing submittal program needs improvement. Too many steps. Would be better if similar to RFI procedures.

• Team is working with more collaboration hence effective use of manpower.
• Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
• Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation
