ProWorkflow vs. StudioBinder

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks. Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability. Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow. Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

I work with a lot of actors and directors. This product is an easy all-in-one package for anyone new to the industry. It was extremely useful but also helps you look very professional. Your actors and crew will thank you for making the process easier. I know mine did.

• Converting scripts into Shot Lists.
• Scheduling call times for cast and crew.
• Setting reminders for food and breaks.

• Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
• Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
• I think it should have more automation for the tasks

• I would like a story board integration.

Nothing compares to StudioBinder in my opinion. It is the only product that I have used for activities other than doing everything by hand and this process was a lot easier and a lot more organized using this product.

• Team is working with more collaboration hence effective use of manpower.
• Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
• Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation
