ProWorkflow vs. Zoho Workplace

It's well suited to make understand team on day to day tasks. Manager can see the performance of the team and can assign task based on availability. Our team now works in more collaboration then earlier, this is the strength of the ProWorkflow. Emailing and templates tools are very basic and having room for improvement.

Scenarios where a low investment cost is required and where the machinery requires few operating systems, as Zoho Workplace runs easily in just one browser tab and in any browser

• Makes it easy to find and organize projects.
• Makes it easy to separate sub-tasks within projects.

• Its bit complex, user interface should be bit user friendly
• Mobile Apps navigations to switch from one task to another task is not smooth
• I think it should have more automation for the tasks

I have not used another product like ProWorkflow.

• Team is working with more collaboration hence effective use of manpower.
• Managers can see the performance thru ProWorkflow and can assign them tasks, resulting effective manpower utilization.
• Overall ProWorkflow is well suited for the small or start-up organisation
