It excels at standard , automated SaaS tiering and API consumption tracking however it struggles with highly customised enterprise contracts, multi party revenue splits and massive data volume processing without external mediators

It is suitable for small to medium scale customers with low to medium complexity. The product is evolving and require more focus on strengthening the pricing schema to handle complex rating and pricing requirements. It does offer some great features to manage meter to cash functionality but has multiple limitations highlighted previously.
