Yardi Breeze is awesome if you're a residential property manager. It has all the bells and whistles. However, it does work well for commercial properties.

LeaseLabs by RealPage's CMS dashboard is top notch. It allows us to make essential changes to our websites, including updating copy, photos, and amenities, without requiring action and time with development. LeaseLabs by RealPage's CMS uses markdown code, and allows for embedding iframes, giving us dynamic flexibility in adding relevant new media and content to our websites.

Yardi Breeze's customer support is outstanding. Whether it be on the phone, through email, online webinars, or just the help menu, Yardi Breeze's support is unmatched.

LeaseLabs by RealPage is a viable option to Yardi's RentCafe Suite, providing for quicker updates to website content, phones, and information. Yardi RentCafe probably offers more features in terms of the full marketing product suite, and the ability to customize the design of the website whereas LeaseLabs by RealPage would require development to step in. However, RentCafe can be overtly complicated and lags in terms of time to update and publish online when compared to LeaseLabs by RealPage.

Yardi Breeze is Yardi Voyager's little brother. Yardi Breeze is more streamlined and easier to use that Voyager. Both Yardi programs always met the needs of my organization. When I switched companies, the first question I was ask was, which property management software do you prefer? My answer was Yardi Breeze and always will be Yardi Breeze.
