Realtor.com vs. Redfin

I have received some rental leads from REALTOR.COM. They don't generate an Agent a lot of Money but eventually that referral can convert into a Buyer! I'll accept rental leads, due to that potential benefit. However, the leads were pretty far away from my preferred target areas.

They find home values using the price per sq ft rule. That's messing up the housing market home valuation models.

• The give Sellers realistic price points for properties!

• Attracts REALTORS LEADS.
• Sells us REALTORS, our own leads back.
• Mess up the Buyers or Sellers perception of their true homes values.

• Remove listing's that are over 6 Months old.

• Put the Realtor back into the deal, as significant as ever!
• Stop messing up the formula for pulling comps. Compare apples to apples.
• Stop selling REALTORS back Their own leads.

REALTOR.COM uses MLS aka REALTRACS info for their listing feeds. If I'm having technical searching difficulties with MLS, I'll use REALTOR.COM

They're both doing the same thing to us, REALTORS! THEY'RE TRYING TO ELIMINATE A REALTOR FROM BEING NEEDED IN A TRANSACTION!

• I haven't spent money on REALTOR.COM
• You have to spend money to generate better leads from their site.
• You can fully update your REALTOR.COM profile without spending money

• They've messed up the way comps are pulled. The comparisons are not apples to apples but apples to oranges.
