REsimpli vs. SiteCapture

REsimpli has simplified, and made the app easy to use. I could not do or be as successful at what I am doing if it were not for the the great tool I have with REsimpli. I can see at a glance what needs to be done daily regarding the leads I have, and I am reminded of things I need to do on daily basis. This is where the recurring tasks would come in handy!

Any scenario where you are managing off-site work tasks, especially if those work tasks involve virtual verification and media.

• Webform to add new leads into the CRM is very helpful
• Calls are recorded automatically and put in the Lead notes
• Websites for Sellers and separate website for selling properties

• Creating products that are highly configurable for the user.
• Creating API integrations.
• Understanding and adapting to mobile user needs.

• Exporting of leads with tasks. Currently does not show the date of those tasks.
• There isn't an option to upload leads in bulk. from the tool. But support can do it for you.
• Multi-line list stack dialer. Currently has a single-line dialer

REsimpli is very user friendly, they also have a lot of training content and support available by chat. The user interface is very intuitive and is quite easy to navigate. I myself need to look into the accounting features a bit more so I can get the value from those.

I have only used REsimpli as a real estate investor customer relationship manager. Therefore, I cannot compare it with any other program. However, I have looked into other programs and none seem to offer the suite of features that REsimpli offers.

• I've lost contracts from now reaching sellers at the right time. With Resimpli, im able to see the sellers I haven't contacted and reach out.

• Reduced our labor spend due to integration and automation.
• Reduced subcontracting burdens due to advanced mobile features (i.e., eliminated the need for homework, uploading, and transcription after job completion).
