Overall Satisfaction with REsimpli

I've been using REsimpli for over a year now, I left another popular software I had been using for almost 10 years. REsimpli really had it all together, well. Something many have tried and often fail at. I just couldn't say no. Sure I've had to reach out to support from time to time for issues, but I wouldn't go back. The team at REsimpli has really created, continues to innovate and maintain and excellent software.

Pros

  • The lead flow is managed very well, no lead left behind
  • Communication is well documented and simple
  • The reporting is very convenient

Cons

  • They could reduce clicks a bit
  • Some custom statuses would be helpful
  • It's increased my follow though with automation
  • Increased my overall productivity and effectiveness with the tools included
REsimpli is very user friendly, they also have a lot of training content and support available by chat. The user interface is very intuitive and is quite easy to navigate. I myself need to look into the accounting features a bit more so I can get the value from those.
REsimpli is plug and play, pay and get started. In my experience, starting up on Podio is a huge barrier of entry which requires a lot of time, creativity, and technical knowledge.

Yes

It is fantastic for a house buying company that is prospecting and managing many contacts. It is not ideal for companies outside of the Real Estate industry as it is geared entirely towards real estate. There is also no minimum or maximum number of users as far as I can tell.
