Overall Satisfaction with REsimpli
We use REsimpli to manage all our leads. It allows you to segregate by lead sources. You also have the option to filter them by pipeline stages for easy viewing and better productivity. The automated Task functions ensures your leads know to expect your call. The Drip function on the other hand can be customized to create internal tasks, call tasks, SMS, emails and more. Making sure none of them falls through the cracks.

Cons
- Exporting of leads with tasks. Currently does not show the date of those tasks.
- There isn't an option to upload leads in bulk. from the tool. But support can do it for you.
- Multi-line list stack dialer. Currently has a single-line dialer
- Lead Management.. Helps you easily find the leads that have fallen through the cracks.
- Robust user access control.
- Ability to categorize new leads by lead source, campaigns, and markets.
In my opinion, Freedomsoft was a mess compared to REsimpli. It barely had any features. It only listed the leads and the statuses were unclear at best. You can pretty much do everything you need and want on the REsimpli platform. Anything from Lead Management, List stacking, Data management, Phone number management and more.
