Rippling IT

My favorite feature of Rippling is its ability to integrate HR, IT, payroll, and device management under one hood. It's especially convenient when handling the onboarding process. you hire an employee, give him/her access to your system, enroll into payroll, and provide devices. Automation in approval processes, provisioning, and other compliance-related activities is pretty strong.

• Timecards are a bit clunky to enter lunches & breaks without creating multiple clocked-in times for a given day which drives higher approval burden for approvers
• Mobile app authentication is a bit clunky signing in then going to the web sign-in then authenticating on my device then finally into the app
• We could not figure out how to allow employees to schedule PTO before they had accrued it (earn X days per month throughout the year).

Rippling is modern in design and offers a host of features that any business needs to operate efficiently. The feature set in the device management, in particular, stands out as an easy way to assign, maintain, identify, and track lost devices across tablets, phones, and computers.

As mentioned, Rippling has been very helpful to me and this is one of the best application I used so far! I can use the app even if my eye is closed, everything is good and using this for almost a year I didn't experienced any delay or error. The best!

Even better than my experience with Concur for ease of expense entry and approval. With Rippling, a large part of my expense is already filled out by the software when the charge hits for vendors it recognizes and by checking my history, which greatly minimizes redundant entry and time wasted. Easy to scan receipt and have much of the data filled in from the receipt recognition tech.

• Rippling streamlines the entire onboarding and offboarding process. As soon as a new employee signs their offer, we can automatically provision apps (like Slack and Google Workspace), assign devices, and complete tax and compliance forms.
