Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.

• Support team is responsive, but can take several days or more to get resolution sometimes
• Status of different brands can change a lot over the course of short periods of time - not always Runa's fault, but sometimes frustrating
• We've been through several account managers due to turnover. Thankfully, they catch on quick, but does take a bit to get a new AM up to speed each time

• Availability of Single Sign On.
• Easy profile viewing. Whenever a colleague was mentioned in the town hall, I have to hover over their names and wait for the "view profile" button to appear, instead of just clicking on their tagged names.
• Improve searching for colleagues' profiles. Whenever I checked on my colleagues via the search button, it will be their mentioned post, and not their profile is shown.

Super smooth to implement

We have previously used giftcloud which doesn't compare to the experience we've had with wegift/runa. Far less interaction with runa is required, much better service for our money, wider range of gifts, better service provided to our customers, easy portal
