Great customer service and expansive catalog!
Overall Satisfaction with Runa
We use Runa to send digital gift cards to our customers. We had a provider before that did not have near the catalog that Runa has, nor did they have a portal that we could process reissues, access our account information, or place orders through. Runa has both a portal and an API, which helps with our business needs.
Pros
- Consistently adding new products

Cons
- Support team is responsive, but can take several days or more to get resolution sometimes
- Status of different brands can change a lot over the course of short periods of time - not always Runa's fault, but sometimes frustrating
- We've been through several account managers due to turnover. Thankfully, they catch on quick, but does take a bit to get a new AM up to speed each time
- Catalog expansion has been great for our customers
- Accounting and portal tools makes for more efficient tracking
Blackhawk has poor customer service both on the customer facing and account management sides with a lot of turnover. They do not update their catalog that often and do not seem to care if they have your business.
Runa has been very responsive, receptive to feedback, helpful anytime we had one-off requests, and constantly looks to improve their catalogs and features.
