Overall Satisfaction with Runa
As a business we use Runa for customer incentives and rewards. The sales team use it for incentivising customers to join utilita and the marketing team use it for customer competitions, rewards and lotto's. On an adhoc basis we may also use it for staff rewards.
From the sales teams perspective, we currently don't have any issues with the service. The platform is super easy to use, there's a vast amount of vouchers available and customer services provided to us to great. If anything, our only current issues are the fact the energy crisis and Ofgem's speedbumps are preventing us (sales team) using it as much as we used to/would like to.

- Minimal customer complaints
We have previously used giftcloud which doesn't compare to the experience we've had with wegift/runa. Far less interaction with runa is required, much better service for our money, wider range of gifts, better service provided to our customers, easy portal
