Upcall is great for companies that aim at superb customer support, upcall is great for medium to large businesses. • [The] dashboard has a limited number of details where we [are not] able to fetch for what we need.
• Social sharing could have been much better.
• Sometimes it does slow down our sites when we install their widget, but having [the] best customer support helps us to overcome this issue.

We never used [any] other product for our marketing purpose. We thought of giving a try to improve our sales and increase our brand awareness. We never regret of choosing this as our priority. They always backup us with their customer support with great ideas and plans which is very effective to improve our sales.

Upcall has been able to help us gain top-quality leads that led to customers while the other products worked, they weren't as effective as upcall is in such a short period of time we have used it. We have seen where upcall has helped to drive our business sales.
