SAI360 vs. SAP Responsible Design and Production

The usage of ROAM, as well as the integration of external programmes through API and import functions, has almost reduced duplication of work. One thing to keep in mind is that your use cases must be very clear. There are a lot of SAI solutions, and their titles don't always correspond to what they actually perform.

It is well suited for our Customers who are particularly keen on reviewing the source of their Assets; Having the data integrated into one place so they can run analytics against it (to compare designs, vendors, locations etc.). This also allows them to run risk management reports which are a popular feature. It is less useful for our smaller customers where the number of assets does not warrant such tools and the time to integrate can be quite long.

• The real-time monitoring is very handy. Not only for sustainability but it also helps spot issues as most of the time increases in negative output are due to errors in production
• It's very customizable with the ability to add custom benchmarks and limits to each metric to design them for our country's regulations.
• It solves a very specific problem while being able to integrate well with our current systems. Without it, we'd have trouble finding another tool to monitor these metrics this well

Archer was very similar to SAI360 in cost and features. Has a more modern look and feel and more task functionality. The price point was very similar. Didn't choose them as our existing usage is in an On-Prem version and support from our in-house IT team was not able to be obtained. MetricStream was very modern looking with an intuitive UI. Appeared to have all the features with a number of additional bells and whistles. The price point was far above our budget and we could not get approval to move them to the RFP.

This solutions solves a very specific problem for us on ESG reporting and we have chosen this because SAP is a big name in the market and they ensure their client get the best services available in terms of technical and functional support, regular product upgradation and trainings. This solution gives real time monitoring of metrics and it is customizable as per our need. Wd can integrate this with other available tools in our organisation
