If you work in a customer-facing role like sales, customer success, or support, you may find this nifty tool extremely useful. If a picture says 1000 words, a video can tell a million, and with Soapbox, you can quickly record screen sharing videos (as well as your webcam) to deliver a personalized message to your leads or customers. What I've found especially useful about Soapbox when compared to other tools is the ability to select when to show a full or split-screen video of either the webcam or the screen. It truly adds a professional touch to your videos, and they seem so much more personal that way. I love that it's so easy to embed a GIF into an email, and the usability is good all around.
We haven't had the chance to reach out to Wistia about Soapbox support, but I know Wistia (as a brand) is epic on all fronts -- sales, marketing & support. So if I had the need to reach out, I'm sure I'd get a reply in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
