Whenever I have had an issue it has been dealt with quickly and correctly. I haven't had any with functionality, rather with billing since I have to go through an athletic department. They were understanding, responsive and fixed the problem quickly without any major issues. The use of the app was not stopped.

While Shortcuts has a more friendly UI, there are other vendors in the market that have developed their products in a way that suits user requirements from any industry. Shortcuts, in my opinion should look at expanding their use case to make it compatible for other industries as well

This was our first choice, and we have not tried any other entity for this specific purpose. The app came highly rated and many "moms" on our team already used it for kids soccer teams or other sports teams they were a part of, be it recreational or school. Ease of use is key, as we are all adults and didn't need any young social media platforms.
