ShortStack vs. Socedo

I love ShortStack's customer support. For the most part, they are available immediately through chat and respond to email inquiries within a very reasonable timeframe. As a longtime customer, they have accommodated my needs. Their platform is set up for all users - whether you are not very tech-savvy or an IT person, you can find ways to utilize your skills.

Socedo is very well suited to B2C style businesses that want to grow their following on Twitter but in a targeted way. It is perfect for starting the conversation with those users and directing them to offers and/or gated content.

• No API integration for email collection in real-time to major ESPs such as Responsys.

• The dashboard can be clunky.
• Cost price is a little high for many.

They’re similar, but not the same type of product. Both offer great flexibility for a business.

Socedo differs from Narrow in that it requires manual approval of the accounts you wish to follow where Narrow is much more automated in its approach. Socedo also provides additional functionality that is lacking in Narrow with the automated messages that can also be A/B split tested.
