SkillSurvey Reference vs. Verified First

SkillSurvey reference is great software as it helps me in tracking the progress of each application gradually from time to time. Now even I can check the applicants as soon as I log in to the software and then also file each applicant away when the further interview procedure begins. There could be a better analysis report of all the data for a person like me who is bad with handling complex software and data.

• It is very easy to use, so we don't have to spend time training others how to process reference checks.
• SkillSurvey seems to gather many more responses than other vendors used. This is great because it stops us from having to physically call additional references.
• We're able to gather leads from the references who complete the link and opt to be contacted by a recruiter. In the HR/recruitment world, this is seen as free leads!

• There can be a option for customization of surveys when needed.
• There are limitations in assessing all the reference data in the system
• The interference can be complicated for a newbie

Support is excellent. I have always received swift and efficient assistance.

Have not tried another program - our organization usually uses a third party to conduct reference checks. We tested out this program in order to see if it was able to be done in-house and if it could help with budgeting
