SkySlope vs. storEDGE by Storable

SkySlope is most suited for real estate firm document management. I cannot think of another industry that it would be suited for; it is pretty specific. If you have less than 20-30 transactions a year, it wouldn't probably be worth the money versus just scanning. Our company does ~150 per year, and it saves me so much time. It is great for managing brokers of any sized firm with a fair number of transactions.

A great feature or system would be the ability to handle all our operations, taskings within storEDGE's software. The ability to task accounting, operations, or facility managers would be an all in one stop.

I would give it an 11 if I could. It's very responsive, very informative, very prompt. This is probably the biggest strength of the company.

storEDGE has a very user-friendly interface. Customer support is available for general inquiries and responsive. The possibility exists for creating custom business solutions with their staff. They continually hold webinars, release improvements, new features, etc. It removes a lot of tasks that would be time-consuming for the operations staff.

I find SkySlope easier to use than Dotloop. For instance, it allows us to add a recipient to a signature request, saving time having to forward off a signed document.

• In our experience, we can't use the system at all as it is overcomplicated
• In our experience, our accounts were never setup correctly from day 1
• In my opinion, waste of energy, time, and money.

• A real-time look at the status of facilities is invaluable to our organization.
• Great tracking of delinquencies from the start through the auction process.
• As previously iterated, an integrated task management system would make the software the best.
