Overall Satisfaction with SkySlope

We use SkySlope for our transaction management and broker compliance. Our team operates out of multiple states and SkySlope allows us a one login location to manage our real estate transactions no matter the location.

Pros

  • Broker compliance checklists
  • Email to upload documents
  • Emailing documents out of system
  • eSignature

Cons

  • Signature templates
  • Sometimes, when placing signatures on top of documents, it doesn't lay out once completed as designed
  • Positive as its ease of use has allowed us to scale back hiring to realize more profits.
I find SkySlope easier to use than Dotloop. For instance, it allows us to add a recipient to a signature request, saving time having to forward off a signed document.
They have always been quick to respond to any potential issues I may be having.
