Sling vs. Zimyo

Sling offers enough customization I can see it working in most any scheduling scenarios. The ability to build job types into each employee gives you the control to match employee skills with the need for any particular position. Time of day templates makes it easy to select various shift times.

Best suited for automated HR process and effective employee engagement. Not so appropriate for companies who have very specific processes and require customizations that are out of the ordinary.

• Ease of access for managers & employees alike.
• Sling staff always reply almost right away when I have had questions in the past.
• We love utilizing the different colors for the schedule, so it's easier to see who's what and where/when.
• Easy for staff to apply for shifts.
• Free version does everything we need it to!

• Zimyo has room for integrations.
• Layout is simple but can be better in terms of design, looks a bit like too simple.
• LinkedIn Integration and offer letter management.

Zimyo's pricing is better than the rest of the HRMS tools available in the market and very simple to use and deploy within the organization.
