SnapApp Interactive Content Marketing (discontinued) vs. Zerys

Delivering appropriate content to your audience is easy and easy to increase reach. In its field, Snapapp excels. According to me, the ABM tracking is one of the most useful features. I can track my organization's strengths and weaknesses and work on them simultaneously. Through Audience intelligence I can analyse what engages my audience and whats not.

I sold a few inbound marketing contracts with the expectation that I could find writers for the project on Zerys. We were looking for good writers that can understand the tone and branding of our business and after a few trials with some of the writers at Zerys, I finally found the one that understood us and then created amazing content in no time.

• The customization options for the written pieces you can request are endless and thorough.
• Some writers are very fast and effective, making our link-building process quicker.
• It provides notifications along every step of the writing process so that you always know where in the pipeline your content is.

• Mobile - It is not always easy to determine how you content will look for mobile. The responsiveness is also not always on par. I thinkthey are working on this.
• Price - As always would love to have more flexibility on price. It is pretty well priced but the cost per lead is still a bit high.

• There are instances where the writers don't understand the article to be written and don't give you the content you are looking for.
• The auto reporting feature needs some work. Too many email alerts and no option to change that.
• Hard to find good writers. Often writers only loosely follow directions so you end up reworking their content anyway.

We recently decided not to renew our use of SnapApp. Due to the lack of integration with our version of Eloqua (without an added cost), we determined this was not where we wanted to spend our marketing dollars. We are also streamlining our data collection processes, expanding our employee numbers, and working towards other goals as a marketing department as a company. SnapApp just didn't help us meet those goals

Although not a direct comparison (Canva is an online graphic design application), it has many of the editing features that I think would greatly benefit SnapApp's usability. However, as far as I'm aware, SnapApp is one of the only online platforms designed to create interactive content and is accessible for a basic user.

Access to many freelancer writers covering a wide range of topics and the relative ease with which you can manage the writing and editing process with a freelancer writer is good. I believe Zerys has acquired a talented group of writers that are well-versed in a diverse number of topics. Zerys is reliable, and the customer service response is fast, which I greatly appreciate. I do not believe Zerys' interface is as simple as it could be, however.

• SnapApp has really boosted lead generation in channels where we've struggled e.g. our company blog, owned (not paid) social media, etc.
• It allows us to create engaging experiences for our prospects that aren't really available through other means.

• Zerys has allowed us to grow our linkbuilding campaigns much more quickly than we would if we tried to create all of the content in-house.
• We save so much time hiring outside writers to write content rather than writing it ourselves.
• We are able to take on more projects than ever because we can rely on Zerys' writers to get things done on time.
