We used to use PayPal's Virtual Terminal for charging credit cards and had to use a homemade system for storing them, so aside from Cardknox's features being much more suited to us, the monthly fee is about one fifth of what we were paying PayPal. All around, a really excellent …

I have spoken to over 50 different payment solutions and integrated with 3 others. Cardknox is leaps and bounds better than others in terms of customer support, payment technologies, and overall organization.

We have used other card processors, but in my opinion, Cardknox is in another league. Their product works; it is easy to install; it is constantly being improved, and they have great support.

We use Cardknox differently than I imagine most people would. For example, we do not use their client database feature, as we have all that stored in our medical system. Another type of business would likely find that feature a big help. We are very pleased with Cardknox's service and support, which is not often required.

Patients are much more secure giving us their credit card information since we have switched to using Cardknox. They even have the option of entering it themselves to reduce any risk of the number being overheard to zero.
It is much faster and smoother to find and charge a card when necessary.
