Sparkbay vs. Xoxoday

Sparkbay is perfect to keep an eye on the company's engagement level and collect employee general feedback. However it does not replace good one-on-ones.

Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.

• The software is very easy to work with. We're able to visualize our engagement data in versatile reports, getting key insights for the whole company.
• The team reports save time in knowing right off the bat how your team is feeling without having to wait for the next one-on-one.
• The customer support team is very responsive and we always get answers to our questions.

• They provided a training session only to managers. I think they should've invited employees too on a voluntary basis.

• Availability of Single Sign On.
• Easy profile viewing. Whenever a colleague was mentioned in the town hall, I have to hover over their names and wait for the "view profile" button to appear, instead of just clicking on their tagged names.
• Improve searching for colleagues' profiles. Whenever I checked on my colleagues via the search button, it will be their mentioned post, and not their profile is shown.
